Network of Church Administrators

Ernestine Williams-Tillman joined New Abundant Life Missionary Baptist Church (NALMBC) in 1991 and was appointed to the position of Church Business Administrator in 1997. She serves under the pastorate of Pastor Kenneth L. Hilliard, Sr.

Her responsibilities include contract negotiation, program management, event planning, budgeting and finance, supervision of volunteers and staff, human resources, as well as the coordination of other daily administrative/management functions of the church.

Ernestine loves the Lord with all her heart and does not take her responsibilities lightly. Her favorite scripture is Psalm 27: 1- 5, and her favorite hymn is Amazing Grace. She received Christ into her life in March 1978, and was baptized on Good Friday of the same year. She continuously strives in her walk to be an obedient servant of God.

She is a native of Washington, D.C. and attended the public schools in the District of Columbia. She furthered her education at Northern Virginia Community College, Alexandria, Virginia; Merritt College, Oakland, California; and University of Maryland, College Park, Maryland. Ernestine is a Board Member of the Network of Church Administrators, and a member of the National Association of Church Business Administration, District of Columbia Church Business Administration, National Association of Realtors, and Prince Georges County Real Estate Professionals, LLC.

In addition to her duties at NALMBC as the Church Business Administrator, she serves the church as coordinator of the administrative ministry, coordinator of the silver eagles ministry, coordinator of the finance committee, and member of the evangelism ministry. Ernestine is married to Richard R. Tillman and they reside in Clinton, Maryland.
