Deneen V. Langley serves as the Chief of Staff for New Bethel Baptist Church under the pastorate of Reverend Dexter U. Nutall. Since March 2013, Ms. Langley has provided leadership for administrative services, human resources, financial services, property management and facilities management.

Ms. Langley commitment and professional experience in church administration and management spans over two decades. Prior to church administration, she held professional administrative roles for several health care organizations throughout the Washington, DC region.

A native Washingtonian, Ms. Langley attended school within the District of Columbia Public Schools system.  She completed a Master of Arts degree in Pastoral Counseling from Regent University. In addition, she attended Howard University and University of Maryland, University College, and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Ms. Langley received a Certificate of Advanced Executive Leadership for Ministers and Church Leaders from Howard University’s School of Business.

Ms. Langley is an active New Bethel member. She has served on the Praise and Worship Team, enjoys participating with the Women’s Ministry executive team and serving as a mentor to the young adults within the church.

Out of all of Ms. Langley’s accomplishments, being a mother is her greatest joy. She is a proud mother of three beautiful daughters, Nicole, Deanna and Jasmine.
